Consultations take place directly in our Maple software — you will be able to text chat directly with the doctor by logging in to your Maple account. Audio and video calls are also available during a consultation.

When the healthcare provider has started the appointment, or sent you a new message, you will receive a notification by email and/or text (depending on your notification settings).

To view messages from the doctor, log in to your Maple account and under Consultations, click View this consultation.
