If you submitted a request to see a practitioner as soon as possible, you'll land in our virtual waiting room. If you navigate away and need to get back, select Continue your visit from anywhere in Maple to return.

All appointments begin with a text chat—you'll receive a notification once the practitioner has messaged you.
To view or join an upcoming appointment:
Log in to your Maple account and select Consultations from the main menu.
Select the appointment to open the waiting room. Your appointment begins once the practitioner sends the first message.
