If you submitted a request to see the provider as soon as possible, you will be brought to our virtual waiting room. The screen you will see while waiting to be matched with a provider will look something like this:

If you navigated away from this screen and are trying to get back, click Get Care from anywhere in the Maple app to return, or navigate to Consultations from the main menu.

Log in to your Maple account
Select Consultations from the main menu.
Click View this consultation to open the waiting room. Your consultation will begin once the provider sends the first message.
Click View this consultation to open the waiting room of your appointment.
All consultations begin with a text chat — you will receive a notification that the healthcare provider has messaged you.
