Requesting an on-demand visit
Log in to your Maple account and click Get care.
Confirm your location.
Choose the patient—yourself or a family member.
Select your specialty. What you see here depends on your location and coverage. Each option shows whether it's available on-demand, by appointment or both.
Select a payment option.
Describe your symptoms.
Add any helpful details—like medications you're requesting or how this issue's been treated before.
Check off I agree to the Virtual Care Consent to continue.
You're almost there. Once these steps are done, you'll complete our AI intake assessment, upload your ID and head to the waiting room.
