If you would like to book an appointment, follow the below steps.
Please note that not all types of visits are available by appointment, some are available on-demand (as soon as possible) only.

Booking an appointment
Log in to your Maple account, and click Get care.
Follow the prompts to:
Confirm your location.
Choose the patient — either yourself or a family member.
Select the type of visit. The bottom of each option states whether the visit is available on-demand, by appointment, or both.
Click Book appointment.
Choose a healthcare provider from the list provided.
Select a date and time of your appointment.
Add your reason for being seen, and click Continue.
Review your booking details and the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy must be agreed to before the Continue button can be clicked.
If you are asked for payment, follow the prompts to complete this.
Once you have submitted your request, you will be taken to the Booked appointment page.
Log in to your Maple account, and click Get care.
Select the type of visit. The bottom of each option states whether the visit is available on-demand, by appointment, or both.
Click Book appointment.

Select a date and time of your appointment.
