Steps to see a Maple provider by appointment

To book an appointment with a provider, follow these steps.

If you would like to book an appointment ahead of time, follow the below steps.

Please note that General Practitioner consultations are typically only available on-demand (as soon as possible). To request an on-demand consultation, see Steps to see a Maple provider as soon as possible.

Booking an appointment

  1. Log in to your Maple account, and click Get care.

  2. Follow the prompts to:

    1. Confirm your location.

    2. Choose the patient — either yourself or a family member.

    3. Select the type of visit. The bottom of each option states whether the visit is available on-demand, by appointment, or both.

    4. Click Book appointment.

      1. If you do not see this option, the visit type may not be bookable ahead of time, and is only available on-demand.

  3. Choose a healthcare provider from the list provided.

  4. Select a date and time of your appointment.

  5. Add your reason for being seen, and click Continue.

  6. Review your booking details and the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy must be agreed to before the Continue button can be clicked.

  7. If you are asked for payment, follow the prompts to complete this.

  8. Once you have submitted your request, you will be taken to the Booked appointment page.

Log in to your Maple account, and click Get care.

Select the type of visit. The bottom of each option states whether the visit is available on-demand, by appointment, or both.

Click Book appointment.

Choose a healthcare provider from the list provided.

Select a date and time of your appointment.

Add your reason for being seen, and click Continue.

Review your booking details and the cancellation policy. The cancellation policy must be agreed to before the Continue button can be clicked.

If you are asked for payment, follow the prompts to complete this.

Once you have submitted your request, you will be taken to the Booked appointment page.
