If you're eligible for a visit with an endocrinologist through Maple, follow the steps below.
Requesting your initial endocrinology appointment
Follow the main steps to request an on-demand visit. See: Steps to see a Maple practitioner as soon as possible.
You'll receive an email instructing you to upload supporting documents, such as test reports or images, to your visit.
The endocrinologist will review your request and begin the visit within 24 hours (or redirect it if you appear ineligible).
When you submit a visit request on Maple, always select the patient profile for the person seeking care. At the account holder’s discretion, they can give the patient privacy with the practitioner once they've provided access to their Maple account.
