You can edit or delete any medical record you've added to your profile or visit at any time. That said, we recommend keeping your records available to practitioners when you seek care on Maple—it gives your practitioner access to your most up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive personal health information, which can lead to more effective diagnosis and treatment.
