Deleting files in an ongoing consultation
You can delete uploads yourself from consultations that are active.
Mobile
Click the upload in your consultation chat.
Click Delete near the bottom of your screen.
Click the upload in your chat window.
Click Delete near the bottom of the screen.
Web
In the Uploads tab of your consultation, click the red X icon on the upload.

Deleting files after completing a consultation
Kindly note that all components of the consultation are considered part of the official medical record for the visit, which Maple is legally obligated to maintain for 10 years. As such, if the provider deems the file as relevant to the consultation, we're not able to delete it from the record.
Please contact our team if you would like to delete an upload from your completed consultation. We will check with the provider to confirm that it is okay to delete. If the provider agrees, we will proceed to delete it for you.

If you are unable to delete files from a cancelled consultation, please ask our team for help completing this.
