When you add a medical record to your profile or consultation, you can edit or delete it at any time. We strongly recommend keeping all your medical records available for providers when seeking healthcare on Maple. Doing so can lead to more effective diagnosis and treatment, as your attending physician has access to your most up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive personal health information.
Our Privacy Policy describes our management of personal and health information, including the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose information and the safeguards used to protect it. Please note that you have full control and ownership over your information on Maple, and our platform offers you flexible functionality and choices to protect it.
Hiding consultations
Log in to your account, and click Settings.
Click Security.
Click on Hide a consultation, and select the consultation you would like to hide.
Click Hide this Consultation.

Click on Hide a consultation, and select the consultation you would like to hide.
Select the consultation you would like to hide.
Click Hide this consultation.
