You may want to share identification, photos, reports, or notes with a provider during your consultation. Follow the steps below to complete this.

If you're interested in adding documents to your health profile, which becomes available to your current provider as well as any future providers you see on Maple, see Completing your health profile on Maple.

If you upload something after a consultation is already completed, please contact our Customer Support team if it needs to be addressed by the provider or a member of our team. We will not be notified of new uploads for completed consultations. For more information, see Follow-up questions or information for the provider after a consultation.

The Maple platform supports the uploading of GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, PDF, HEIC photos, video and documents < 10MB both during and after consultations.

Uploading documents to your consultation

  1. In your consultation chat, click the plus icon at the bottom left of your window.

  2. Select from the upload options listed on the screen to upload your file.

  3. Click your desired file, then click Upload once you are ready to share it with the provider.

Click the plus icon at the bottom left of your chat window.

Select from the options provided, and choose your file. Once ready, click Upload.
