If you have questions or documents to share after your visit, follow the steps here

If you need to ask the practitioner a question, share information or upload documents for your referral or requisition, you can add a file to your visit summary and notify our team.

If needed, our practitioners can upload documents for you in the visit summary as well.

Please note that if you wish to discuss new or additional medical information, you would need to complete another visit with a practitioner to address any issues not discussed in your original visit.

See Uploading documents to a completed visit for instructions on how to do this. Once you have uploaded your file and informed a Customer Support Team representative, they'll notify the practitioner that they have a message to review.
