If you need to ask the provider a question, share information, or upload documents for your referral or requisition, you can add a file to your consultation summary and notify our team.
If needed, our healthcare providers can upload documents for you in the consultation summary as well.
Please note that if you wish to discuss new or additional medical information, you would need to complete another consultation with a provider to address any issues not discussed in your original visit.
See Uploading documents to a completed consultation for instructions on how to do this. Once you have uploaded your file and informed a customer support representative, they will notify the provider that they have a message to review.
