While you wait to connect with a provider, you can upload your identification, photos, reports, and notes before your consultation begins. This information becomes available to the provider you are about to see.

If you're interested in adding documents to your health profile, which becomes available to your current provider as well as any future providers you see on Maple, see Completing your health profile on Maple.

Upload documents to your waiting room

In your waiting room screen, click Upload a file. Follow the proceeding steps.
For more details, see Uploading photos and documents to your consultation.

The Maple platform supports the uploading of GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, PDF, HEIC photo, video and documents < 10MB both during and after consultations.

In your waiting room screen, click Upload a file.
