Uploading documents to a completed visit

How to share files after your visit is complete.

Sometimes a practitioner needs a bit more after your visit—a photo, a report or some extra notes. Here's how to send it their way.

Uploading files after your visit

  1. In the main menu, click Consultations.

  2. Click the visit you'd like to upload a file to.

  3. Click Uploads.

  4. Click Upload a file.

  5. Once you've uploaded, give our Customer Support Team a heads-up so they can pass it along to the right practitioner or team.
