A visit summary is a document saved to your account after a visit is completed. It contains a transcript of the messages between you and the practitioner, along with any relevant documents—like a sick note or prescription summary. You can download this summary or fax it directly to your primary care practitioner.

How to find, download, and fax your visit summary
In the main menu, click Consultations
Click on the consultation you’d like to view
Scroll down until you find the Summary files and Fax this summary sections.
Select the option that works for you.
