Getting prescription refills and renewals

Maple providers are unable to prescribe controlled substances or narcotics.

If you have a prescription from Maple with refills included, you can contact the pharmacy that initially filled your prescription to acquire your refills.

If your prescription issued on Maple does not have refills attached, you’ll have to submit another consultation request to speak with a provider for a new prescription.

Please note that all medical care, including prescriptions and treatment directions, is at the provider's discretion. The doctor is required to verify your identity before prescribing medications.
