If you have a prescription from Maple with refills included, you can contact the pharmacy that initially filled your prescription to get your refills.
Here's how to check if refills are included in your prescription:
1. Log in to your Maple account.
2. Go to Consultations.
3. Find the consultation that the prescription was issued in and click on it to open the Consultation summary.
4. Click on Prescriptions.
5. Check prescription details, which will include medication name, dosage, frequency, duration, side effects and whether or not refills were included.
If you haven't accepted a pending prescription, you can also get there faster from your dashboard by clicking Order your prescriptions, then Accept prescription, and choose a delivery method.
If your prescription issued on Maple doesn't have refills attached, you'll need to submit another visit request to speak with a practitioner for a new prescription.
All medical care—including prescriptions and treatment directions—is at the practitioner's discretion. The practitioner is required to verify your identity before prescribing medications.
Steps to check prescription information
