More information on how long you may wait to get a response from a practitioner for your request

Our practitioners work hard to review every request and deliver the most timely care possible for thousands of patients each day.

If virtual care is right for your needs or concerns, you'll be notified when a practitioner accepts your request. You must respond to their first message within 10 minutes. If the practitioner doesn't hear from you within that time, the visit will be marked as a no-show and will be closed. For more information on our No Show policy, please review this article.

If your request is not able to be addressed virtually, you'll receive an explanation and next steps for safe, appropriate care. Learn more here.

If the wait exceeds your expectations and you'd like to cancel your request, select Cancel Request in the virtual waiting room.
