Consultations take place directly in our Maple software — you will be able to text chat directly with the provider by logging in to your Maple account. Audio and video calls are also available during a consultation.
You don't have to keep the Maple app open while you wait to hear from our healthcare providers. When your provider has started the appointment, or sent you a new message, you will receive a notification by email and/or text. To ensure the healthcare provider keeps your consultation open, please respond within 10 minutes of this notification.

The type of notification you receive will depend on your notification settings.
To view messages from the provider, log in to your Maple account and under Consultations, click View this consultation.
