Notifications for your upcoming appointments

Appointments happen directly in our Maple software—you can text chat with the practitioner by logging in to your Maple account. Audio and video calls are also available during an appointment.

You don't have to keep the Maple app open while you wait to hear from our practitioners. When your practitioner has started the appointment or sent you a new message, you'll receive a notification by email and/or text. To make sure the practitioner keeps your appointment open, please respond within 10 minutes of this notification.

The type of notification you receive will depend on your notification settings.

To view messages from the practitioner, log in to your Maple account and under Consultations, click View this consultation.
