Beyond ADHD is a structured, longitudinal program: each visit builds on the last, and requires pre-visit steps – assessments, forms, or uploaded records – to be completed ahead of the appointment. The information from the pre-visit steps is reviewed by your practitioner before your appointment to help inform your treatment plan. To allow time for this review, all pre-visit steps must be completed by a specific deadline before the scheduled appointment time.
To keep your appointment and the full visit fee, you must all pre-visit steps before the deadline. You will receive notification reminders leading up to the deadline. The deadline is determined by the appointment type:
ADHD Assessment: 48 hours before start time
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan: 48 hours
Follow-Up Care: 24 hours
