If you’d like to cancel a scheduled appointment on Maple, a refund may or may not be available, as per our cancellation policy:
100% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the appointment
50% refund if you cancel 24 - 48 hours in advance
Non-Refundable if you book for the same day or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment
Non-Refundable if you do not attend your appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.
If the appointment is cancelled by the doctor, a full refund will be issued.
