100% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment
50% refund if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment
Non-refundable if you book same-day or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment
Non-refundable if you miss your appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time
If the practitioner cancels your appointment, you'll receive a full refund.
