To view and complete your prerequisites:
Click The Beyond ADHD program on your Maple dashboard.
If there are prerequisites to be completed, you’ll see an Action required call our next to your upcoming appointment.
Click on the upcoming appointment.
Click on each of the items under Before your visit and follow the instructions.

Uploading medical files or other information
Other helpful documents to share before your appointment include:
Past ADHD or psychoeducational assessments.
School reports or report cards (especially for pediatric patients).
Recent bloodwork or relevant test results.
Medication lists.
Other relevant medical records.
