Beyond ADHD is a structured, longitudinal program — each visit builds on the last, and your nurse practitioner reserves time to review your intake, assessments, and treatment plan before you meet. Rescheduling (rather than cancelling) keeps you in your care plan and preserves the full value of what you've already paid toward your next visit with your practitioner.
The Maple app is set up to let you reschedule your Beyond ADHD appointment on your own, but not cancel it directly.
If cancelling is truly the right option for you, our Customer Support team will review the request with you and apply the correct refund based on the policy below:
100% refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the initial booking
75% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment
Non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment
Non-refundable if prerequisites are not completed on time. Beyond ADHD appointments require intake forms, assessments, supporting statements, or health vitals to be completed before your visit. If these aren't submitted by the cut-off, your appointment is automatically cancelled and isn't eligible for a refund.
Non-refundable if you miss your appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time
Non-refundable if you're not in the province you selected for a provider-led appointment. If your practitioner books your next appointment during your visit and you're in a different province than the one you confirmed — and your practitioner isn't licensed there — they can't complete your consult, and you won't be refunded. If your location changes before your appointment, contact Customer Support as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule with a practitioner licensed in your new location.
If the practitioner cancels your appointment, you'll receive a full refund.
Rescheduling instead of cancelling
You can reschedule your Beyond ADHD appointment for free at any time before the cut-off — no fees apply, and any amount you've already paid is carried over in full to your new appointment date. If you're on the fence about cancelling, rescheduling is usually the best way to keep the full value of what you've paid. Rescheduling fees apply if you reschedule after the cut-off period.
