It's important to keep your information up-to-date on Maple. Your name is used on prescriptions and doctor's notes, so it's crucial to have it correct. You can also add a preferred name for use in communications.
Once you've completed a Maple consultation, you will no longer be able to edit the name on your Maple account. This is because your name has been verified and used to create official medical documents, including prescriptions, lab requisitions, doctor's notes, and consultation summaries. If your profile information is incorrect, please contact our support team for assistance.
