It's important that the fields in your profile match your ID so that you can fulfill any Maple-issued prescriptions or lab requisitions.
Updating profile information on the mobile app
Click the hamburger menu on the top left.
Select Profiles.
Select a patient to add or revise profile information.
Click Edit.
Adjust the information as required and click Update patient info to save the changes.
Click the hamburger menu.
Click Profiles.
Click Edit.
When you have updated the fields, click Update patient info.
Updating profile information in a web browser
Log in to your Maple account: https://app.getmaple.ca/login
Select Profiles from the left-hand menu.
Click View health profile for the patient you wish to revise.
Click Edit next to the patient's name.
Adjust the information as required and click Save changes.
Select Profiles, then select View health profile.
Click Edit.
Adjust the information as required and click Save changes.
