Updating profile information

Steps to adjust the profile information for any patient on your account, name and date of birth.

It's important that the fields in your profile match your ID so that you can fulfill any Maple-issued prescriptions or lab requisitions. The steps below can also be used to change the name of a dependent on your account.

Updating profile information

  1. In the main menu, select Profiles.

  2. Select a patient to add or revise profile information.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Adjust the information as required and click Update patient info to save the changes.

    • If you are unable to save changes, you'll need to contact our Customer support team with a government-issued photo ID to complete this.

Click Edit.

When you have updated the fields, click Update patient info. If you are unable to save changes, you'll need to contact our Customer support team with a government-issued photo ID to complete this.
