Once you've met with a healthcare provider on Maple who has verified your identification, some profile fields (like your name and date of birth) can no longer be edited. It's important that these fields match your ID so that you can fulfill any Maple-issued prescriptions or lab requisitions.
Updating profile information in a web browser:
Log in to your Maple account: https://app.getmaple.ca/login
Select Patient Profiles from the left-hand menu.
Click View profile for the patient you wish to revise.
Adjust the information as required and click Save changes.
Updating profile information on the mobile app:
Click the hamburger menu on the top left.
Select Patient profiles.
Select a patient to add or revise health card information.
Click Edit.
Adjust the information as required and click Edit patient info to save the changes.
