A health card isn't required to join Maple or access membership benefits.
Depending on your province, select Maple services may be covered by provincial health insurance. You'll need to provide a valid health card to be eligible for coverage. This coverage must be added to your account before requesting a visit with a practitioner. Please see Provincial health insurance coverage for more information.
