Maple could be covered by your workplace benefits!

We partner with numerous employers and benefits providers to offer fully covered visits or discounted rates, including options through Healthcare Spending Accounts (HSA). Since there is a wide range of insurance policies, it would be best to contact your employer directly to learn about the specifics of your coverage and find out whether consultations on Maple are covered.

Reimbursement

After a visit or membership purchase is completed, Maple emails patients a receipt with a breakdown of the charges. This receipt can be submitted to insurance providers for possible reimbursement. You can also download the receipt by clicking on Account Settings and then Billing. Please note that consultations completed using credits will not be issued individual receipts for each online visit.

We’re actively working to get additional coverage for our services. Contact your insurer to find out if Maple is included in yours.
