Adjusting your health card information
On desktop
Log in to your Maple account at https://patient.getmaple.ca
Click Profiles from the main menu
Click on the patient profile you'd like to update
Click Edit personal profile, then click Upload a picture of your health card
You can also add the health card number directly into the field
Once you're done, click Save changes
On mobile
Log in to your Maple account at https://patient.getmaple.ca
Click Profiles
In the patient's profile, click Edit personal profile
Fill out the health card field, or upload a picture of your health card
Once you're done, click Save changes
