You can add your health card to your profile by following these steps: 

Log in to your Maple account at <a href="https://patient.getmaple.ca" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://patient.getmaple.ca</a>

In the patient's profile, click Edit personal profile

Fill out the health card field, or upload a picture of your health card

Once you're done, click Save changes

2. Click Profiles 
3. In the patient's profile, click Edit personal profile 
4. Fill out the health card field, or upload a picture of your health card
5. Once you're done, click Save changes

Heads up: Your health card number can't be added if it's already linked to an existing Maple account or profile. If you see an error saying your health card is already in use, check the patient profiles on your account. Contact our team for support anytime.
