A health card number (HCN) may be required for publicly-covered services. Follow the steps below to add or update your health card information on your Maple account.

Updating an HCN in a web browser:

  1. Log in to your Maple account and select Patient Profiles from the left hand menu.

  2. Select a patient to add or revise health card information.

  3. Adjust the information as required and click Save changes.

Updating an HCN in the mobile app:

  1. Click the hamburger menu on the top left.

  2. Select Patient profiles.

  3. Select a patient to add or revise health card information.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Adjust the information as required and click Edit patient info to save the changes.
