What to do if your account may be compromised

Take action right away if you notice any of the following:

  • Visits you didn't request

  • Text messages or emails about visit activity when you didn't request a visit

  • Receipts for visits you didn't request

  • Your account information being changed without your knowledge

  • Being unable to log in to your account

If you can log in to your account

Visit your account settings to change your password and update your information. Use our password strength estimator to create a new, strong and unique password.
