Create a strong password

Choose a password that's unique and hard to guess. Our password strength estimator will help you create one that's secure. Don't share it with anyone.

Log out when you're done

We'll log you out automatically after a short period of inactivity, but it's a good habit to log out yourself when you're finished.

Turn on two-factor authentication

Add an extra layer of security by enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings. When you log in, we'll send a security code to your phone. You'll need to enter it to access your account.

Check your account activity

Keep an eye on things by reviewing your activity logs in account settings. If you notice anything suspicious, you'll catch it early.

Watch out for suspicious emails

We'll never ask you to share personal information, usernames, passwords or credit card details through unsolicited emails. If you get an email from Maple that seems off, contact our Customer Support Team.
