Setting a strong password

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We take privacy and security seriously at Maple.

You play an important role in protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your information. Creating a strong, unique password is the first step toward ensuring the highest possible security and privacy standards are met. Your password won't be allowed if it doesn't meet the strength requirements.

To set up your password, it must include at least three of the following criteria:

  • One uppercase character

  • One numeric character (between 0 and 9)

  • One special character " !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~"

  • Be 10 characters long

You can also enable two-factor authentication on your account to help make sure only you can access it. If you do, you'll enter your password to log in to your account to access the Maple Platform, and we'll send a code to your phone number that you'll need to enter to log in. This added security prevents anyone else from accessing your Maple account unless they have access to both your login information and your phone number.
