If you are a resident of the US or Canada, we require a verified phone number.

To provide you with the best experience during your online physician consultation, we’ll use your mobile number to send you important notifications, such as when the provider is ready to see you or if a prescription has been recommended.

Your phone number can be from the US or Canada (begins with the country code 1), and does not have to be registered to your name — we just need to be able to reach you at that number to confirm that the identity on the account is accurate and in case we need to to urgently communicate important medical information.

If you are not a resident of the US or Canada, adding a phone number is not required. You can set your residence on your account to "Outside Canada and USA" and continue registration.
