If you're a resident of the US or Canada, we need a verified phone number.
We'll use your mobile number to send you important notifications—like when the practitioner is ready to see you or if a prescription has been recommended.
Your phone number can be from the US or Canada (begins with the country code 1) and doesn't have to be registered to your name. We just need to be able to reach you at that number to confirm that the identity on the account is accurate and in case we need to urgently communicate important medical information.
If you're not a resident of the US or Canada, adding a phone number isn't required. You can set your residence on your account to "Outside Canada and USA" and continue registration.
