If you’re visiting Canada, you can use Maple’s services while you’re physically in the country. Our healthcare providers are available to both permanent Canadian residents and non-resident visitors.
Eligibility for using Maple while visiting Canada
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must be physically located in Canada.
As a visitor, you won’t be covered by provincial health insurance, so you’ll need to either purchase a Maple membership or, if you are in Quebec, pay for individual consultations as needed.
Important considerations for using Maple while visiting Canada
Maple services for non-residents are only available while you’re in Canada. Once you leave the country, you won’t be able to use Maple unless you’re a temporary or permanent Canadian resident.
If you receive a prescription, remember it should be filled at a Canadian pharmacy — prescriptions from Canadian doctors may not be valid in other countries.
