Practitioners on Maple can treat patients who are in Canada during their visit and Canadian residents who are temporarily outside Canada.
If you're a temporary or permanent resident of a province or territory in Canada, you can use Maple anytime. Otherwise, Maple isn't available to non-Canadian residents who aren't physically located in Canada.
For example, if you're a US resident currently located in Hawaii, Maple isn't available to you. But if you're a Canadian resident currently in Hawaii, you can use Maple anytime to speak with a Canadian-licensed doctor or nurse practitioner.
Please note that Canadian-licensed practitioners can't provide you with prescriptions to be filled abroad or with lab requisitions to be completed abroad.
