Using Maple services while outside of Canada

Doctors on Maple can treat:

  • Patients who are in Canada during their consultation

  • Canadian residents who are temporarily outside Canada

If you are a temporary or permanent resident of a province or territory in Canada, then you may use Maple at any time. Otherwise, Maple is not available to non-Canadian residents who are not physically located in Canada.

For example, if you are a US resident currently located in Hawaii, then Maple is not available to you. But, if you’re a Canadian resident currently in Hawaii, you’ll be able to use Maple at any time to speak with a Canadian doctor. Please note that Canadian doctors cannot provide you with prescriptions to be filled abroad or with lab requisitions to be completed abroad.
