Where to find your receipt

Please note receipts are not available for consultations that are paid fully with Maple credits.

Your receipt is available for the following scenarios:

  • Maple memberships: Available when you're charged for a new billing period.

  • On-demand visits: Available after the visit is complete.

  • Scheduled appointments: Available once the visit is booked.

Accessing your receipts

  1. Log in to your account, and click Settings.

  2. Click on Billing.

  3. Select any of the receipt options from the list to view it.
