You can cancel the auto-renew on your Maple membership at any time in your account settings — you will retain all membership benefits until the end of the billing period.

For monthly plans, the billing period renews each month — cancelling your subscription means you will not be charged the following month.

For annual plans, your subscription is a year-long contract with monthly payments — This is a yearly commitment where you pay monthly. You can cancel the auto-renewal of the yearly term at any time in account settings.

You cannot delete your account if you have an active Maple membership. To delete your account, first turn off auto-renewal of your membership, then follow the steps here.

If you have used your Maple membership within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, the membership fee is non-refundable. This is detailed in the Maple Membership Disclaimer that was shown when you signed up for your membership.
