A Maple membership connects you and your family with care whenever you need it, including visits with a doctor or nurse practitioner. It covers all profiles on your account.
To purchase a membership, sign in to your Maple account and click Become a member on your dashboard. From there, enter your payment information.
You can also subscribe on the payment screen for a consultation request, or at Settings > Billing > Join Maple.
You'll receive an email receipt each month when your membership renews. You can pause at any time — your benefits last until the end of your current billing period.
Click Become a member
