Credit card charges

Updated this week

When you make a purchase on Maple, your credit card gets charged right away—whether you're requesting a visit or buying a membership.

Membership payments

Your membership payment is charged to your payment method each month on your auto-renewal date. You can find this date by going to Settings > Billing in your Maple account. To stop these payments, you'll need to pause your membership—check out the Pausing your Maple membership article for details.

On-demand visits

When you request an on-demand visit, the charge that shows up on your card is a pre-authorization. If the visit doesn't happen, this pre-authorization will be released within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a couple of days to disappear from your statement.

Scheduled appointments and memberships

Scheduled appointments and membership purchases are charged when you buy them. If you think you've been charged by mistake, contact our Customer Support Team by clicking Contact Maple below.
