This article describes the steps you can take to cancel an existing appointment on Maple, whether you are logged in on the Maple mobile app or through your web browser. Please note that, in either case, our cancellation policy will apply.
Cancelling an appointment on the Mobile App
Log on to your Maple account and click on the upcoming appointment.
2. Click the Cancel appointment link on the Booking confirmed screen.
3. The Cancel appointment screen confirms your request and will show the refund amount based on the cancellation policy. Click Cancel appointment.
Cancelling an appointment on a web browser
Login to Maple.
On the Dashboard, find the scheduled appointment you wish to cancel and click View this consultation.
