If you don't think you'll use Maple again, you can permanently close your account.

You cannot delete your account if you have an active Maple membership. Please turn off auto-renewal of your membership, and follow the below steps once your membership period has ended.

Log in to your account from a computer or laptop and go to your Settings.
Click the Close account button under the Account closure section.
Click Settings, then click Close account

Open your Maple app and log in to your account from your mobile device.
Click on Settings at the bottom of the screen.
Click on Account.
Go to the bottom of the screen and click on Close Account.
Click Settings
Click Account
Scroll down and click Close account
