Maple's lab process
Our clinical team may take up to ten business days or two weeks to process the results and post them to your account. If follow-up is required, our team will let you know. Depending on your settings, you’ll receive a notification by email or text message.
If multiple lab tests were done, we may receive the results at different times — we will process the results and notify you of any partial results.
If you haven’t received a notification about your lab results within two weeks, please contact our Customer Support team. We may ask you for the name and phone number of the lab you used, and we’ll happily contact them to look into it for you.
Following up on lab results
If you've received a message from our lab team indicating that your results require follow-up, please request a new Maple consultation or make arrangements to visit a walk-in clinic or your family practitioner at your earliest convenience.

From the main menu, click Requisitions.
Click the Requisition you would like to review.
Click the files you would like to view.
