Maple's lab process
Lab results can take up to 10 business days to process and appear in your account. If follow-up is needed, we'll let you know. Depending on your notification settings, you'll hear from us by email or text.
If you had multiple tests done, results may come in at different times—we'll post them as they arrive and keep you in the loop.
If two weeks have passed and you haven't heard anything, reach out to our Customer Support Team. We may need the name and phone number of the lab you used, and we'll take it from there.
Following up on lab results
If our lab team has been in touch about your results, we recommend booking a new Maple visit or connecting with a walk-in clinic or your family practitioner soon.
Want your results interpreted? Book a new visit through Maple or bring your results to an in-person clinic. Keep in mind that it likely won't be the same practitioner who gave you the requisition—but every practitioner in our network can review results from past Maple visits.
Viewing your results
From the main menu, click Requisitions > View Details > View results.
