If you see the message “You're not able to request new consultations,” it may be for one of the following reasons.
Coverage limits reached
Your current plan or coverage may have a limit on the number of consultations you can request within a certain period. If you've reached this limit, new consultations may be temporarily unavailable until your coverage resets.
Policy violations
If your account has been flagged for violating Maple’s Terms of Use (such as creating multiple accounts), your access to request new consultations may be restricted. Please contact our Customer support team if you would like to review this.
High volume of recent requests
You may have submitted a large number of consultations recently, which temporarily prevents the system from accepting new requests from your account. Please try again the next day. You will receive an email detailing this as well.
Required action from you
Sometimes, we need to share or obtain additional information from you before proceeding with another consultation. Please check your Maple inbox for any messages from our Customer support team that may require action.
If none of these situations apply and you're still unsure why you're seeing this message, feel free to contact our support team for further help.
