When you choose to have a video visit on Maple, no footage is recorded or stored. If you upload a video file to help your practitioner with a diagnosis, you can delete it or store it in an encrypted and secure location. Only you have access to your uploads, and you can choose who you want to share your health information with, including practitioners.
