Changing the email address on your account

You can change the email address on your account at any time.

Follow the directions below to update the email address on your account — you can do this from the mobile app or on a web browser. Make sure you verify your new email address (more information on that here).

The email address you choose can’t be associated with another account on Maple. You can't have two accounts with the same email address.

Changing an email address on the mobile app

  1. Log in to your Maple account.

  2. Click Settings on the bottom menu bar.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Under Email, enter the email address you want associated with your account.

  5. Click Save.

  6. You'll receive a verification email to the new email address. Click the link in the verification email to finish updating your email address.

Changing your email address on a web browser

  1. Log into your Maple account.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Under Email, enter the email address you want associated with your account.

  5. Click Save.

  6. You'll receive a verification email to the new email address. Click the link in the verification email to finish updating your email address.
