When you sign up for a Maple account, we’ll ask you to choose an email address that will be used to sign in to your account.
Once registration is complete, we’ll send a link directly to your email address. Please check your email and click on the link to verify your address.
To verify your email address:
Sign in to your Maple account.
Click the gear icon at the bottom or bottom left of your screen.
Click on the Account tab.
If the email address is not verified, an error message will appear.
Make sure the entered address is correct and click Resend verification code.
Check your inbox for this email (also check your junk mail folder).
Click the link in the email to complete verification.
