It can take up to five business days for diagnostic imaging tests, and up to ten business days for other tests, to be processed by the lab before they are sent to Maple. Once received, the results are uploaded to your Maple account. If follow-up is required, we’ll let you know. You’ll receive a notification by email or text message, depending on your settings.
If you still haven’t received a notification about your lab results within these timeframes, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]. We may ask you for the name and phone number of the lab you used, and we’ll happily contact them on your behalf to look into it for you.
