You may be stuck on the Symptoms page if you have not filled out all of the required information. There are two steps to troubleshooting this issue:
Ensure that you have selected at least one symptom. If the Other button was selected on the list of symptoms, you must also fill in the free text box that appears.
Ensure the Tell us more section has been filled out. You must enter at least 25 characters before you can proceed.

I don’t see the Tell us more section
The most common reason for this issue is that your screen may be zoomed in. To resolve this issue, please try scrolling down or zooming out of your web browser until it appears.
To zoom out, go to View and select Zoom Out (this many vary depending on the browser you are using).
