Completing the symptoms page
There are two common reasons this happens:
You haven't selected a symptom. If you selected Other, make sure to add details in the field that appears.
You haven't entered anything in the What brings you here today? field. We need a bit of information there to help your practitioner get a better sense of what you need before your visit.
