We’ve made it easy to confirm when someone received a medical note on our platform. Scan the QR code with your phone’s camera, or click the link in the note to view a custom verification page with note type, patient initials, and the date the note was issued. Simply confirm these details match the copy of the note you were given, and you’ll know it’s valid.
Notes issued before June 29, 2026 will not have a verification page. Please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
If you’d like further confirmation or have questions, our Customer Support Team is happy to help. We’ll ask to see a copy of the note so we can confirm the details match what’s in our system.
Please note that our Support Team won’t have access to any medical information, including diagnosis and treatment.
