If you need to delete a patient profile from your Maple account for any reason, follow the below steps.
Please note that an account holder cannot delete their profile, but they can delete their Maple account by following the steps here.
Mobile
On the Maple app, click the Health Hub icon at the bottom of your screen.
Click Health profile.
Click Edit next to the patient's name.
At the bottom of the Edit patient section, click Delete patient.
Click Health Hub, then click Health profile.
Click Edit.
Click Delete patient.
Web
Click Health Hub on the left-hand menu, then click Manage health profile.
Next to the patient's name, click Edit.
Click Delete patient.
Click Health hub, then click Manage health profile.
Click Edit.
Click Delete this patient.
