When the provider is not responding

Expectations for when your provider doesn't reply for a while

If your request has been matched with a provider, please wait at least 10 minutes to give them a chance to message. They may be running late due to finishing up with a previous appointment, or running into technical difficulties!

If it has been more than 10 minutes and the provider has not messaged you, please contact our Customer Support team.

Please note that our Weight Medication Assessment and Dermatology consultations are conducted asynchronously — you may not receive a response from these healthcare providers for 2-3 hours. Rest assured that they will not close the consultation until your concern has been addressed.
