If it's been more than 10 minutes and the practitioner hasn't messaged you, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Note: Weight Medication Assessment and Dermatology visits are conducted asynchronously—you may not receive a response from these practitioners for two to three hours. Rest assured that they won't close the visit until your concern has been addressed.
